This policy has been created to standardize the conditions for cancellations and returns of the product(s) purchased from this website. This is an electronically generated document and does not require signatures of the purchaser(s)/ user(s). MIMENM reserves the right to alter the terms of this policy without the obligation of giving prior written notice.
Product(s) eligible for cancellation and return
Only the products purchased from our authorized franchise are eligible for cancellation and/ or returns. Product(s) purchased from any unauthorized source, including unauthorized franchise purporting to be authorized franchise of MIMENM are not eligible for cancellation and/ or returns.

OTP verification

You will be prompted to confirm/redeem your subscription (through the OTP verification process) whenever you will log in for the first time within 30 days of purchase. This is for your acceptance of content and features of the package as per your satisfaction level and you will be eligible to apply for a refund only within 72 hours of this confirmation/redeem process. Please note that in case of combo subscriptions, the confirmation/redeem process of any one course will be applicable to all associated courses subscribed in that combo. Also, please note that no any refund request will be entertained after 72 hours of confirmation/redeem process for any single or combo subscriptions.

How and when to request cancellation of product(s)?

The request for cancellation can be made until you are verified through OTP, which should not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. This would be deemed as your consent and acceptance of the product as per your satisfaction level without any objection or grievance. You need to send the cancellation request on the email address customersupport@mimenm.com. Any request for cancellation of an order after OTP verification or request made through any other medium except the above-referred email address shall not be considered as a valid request and shall not be entertained. The final decision for acceptance or rejection of any request for cancellation shall rest with MIMENM.

The request for return can be made within 30 days of placing the order at the email address customersupport@mimenm.com, The request for the return of a product cannot be made in the following scenarios:
• If the purchaser has verified the content through OTP which will be automatically generated within 30 days of the date of purchase whenever login will be done first time.
• If the request for return is made after 30 days* from the date of purchase.
• *Delay in verifying the content through OTP will not extend 30 days period for return request and will lapse irrespective of whether or not the content is verified.
