2. I shall become upon acceptance of this application by MIME N M and not an Employee, Agent or to be partner of the company. As a frenchiser I shall have the right to Present / Market the Services and Edu. Product offer by MIME N M in accordance with the marketing and Compensation Plan and statements of the Policy, which may be amended from time to time by the Excel, at the sole discretion.
3. I have carefully read and understood the MIME N Ms Plan and Statements of Policies and acknowledge that they are incorporated as part of this agreement in their present form and as modified from time to time by MIME N M at it sole discretion.
4. I understand that the commissions are paid to franchiser only from actual sales made / marketed by my team of MIME N M under MIME N Ms frenchise Plan.
5. I also agree that MIME N M can use my name and photo for Promotions/ demonstration or Advertisement propose and I will not claim and ask for compensation in any form, for the same.
6. It is my duty to understand and learned the business plan with the help of upline/ business seminar/ Training Program. I know acknowledge that my improve personality and leadership quality will helps my team performance, therefore I shall participate and follow the MIME N M Design system of events.
7. The Figures and numbers used in presenting the compensation plan are just for the demonstration and illustration purpose only.
8. Frenchiser shall sell MIME N Ms Edu. product at its fixed price neither more nor less.
9. The MIME N M can deduct the TDS/ service tax (if applicable) from the Incentive to be made to the distributors as per the Govt. Rules.
10. MIME N M shall be entitled to deduct the amount for the commission due, distributor default on payments due on purchase or any payables. In addition, defaults on payments due for the purchase from MIME N M shall be on basis for termination of distributors and / or such legal action, as the MIME N M appropriate.
11. MIME N M will not be responsible for any delay and in failures in performance which is beyond the control of the MIME N M through changes in Government Policies.
12. MIME N M reserves the right to change, alter, amend, add, delete, erase, any existing term any circumstances as per the wish and desire of MIME N Ms without giving any explanation to the frenchisers.
13. I acknowledge that I have bought products from MIME N M as a free decision. The product bought no any other false impression or no any projected conditions.
14. I release MIME N M from all liabilities against payments made by me because I have live the product and have bought them on my free will.
15. MIME N M and their services provider are entitled to make calls and send Promotional messages on my mobile Number and my email id.
16. You should be must to sell out at least 1 New product of MIME N M in one month for frenchise continuation.In case of 3 months non performance frenchise will be transferred and no amount will be refunded.
17. Advertisement will be publish according to MIME N Ms Authority .Without MIME N M permission/approval social media advertisement is not allowed.
18. If, for any reason commission, rewards and will be delay or stoped then no claim would be given and any person cannot take any legal action against MIME N M.
